🔁 Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligible Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must not show any signs of wear or damage.

❌ Non-Returnable Categories:

• Innerwear (Boxers, Briefs, Trunks)
• Socks, Face Masks
• Perfumes, Accessories
• Freebies or promotional items

🛑 Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must pass our quality inspection.
• Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Note: Exchange availability depends on stock.

We offer a smooth and hassle-free refund experience, with refunds processed into your THE GANGSTER Wallet for fast access and flexibility.

• Once your returned item clears quality inspection, your refund is initiated within 24 hours.
• Refunds are credited to your THE GANGSTER Wallet.
• You'll receive an email/SMS notification once your wallet has been updated.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
Cancellations are not permitted after dispatch.

• For prepaid orders, refunds for canceled items will be processed to the original payment source or THE GANGSTER Wallet.

📦 Return Pickups

Reverse pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner within 2–3 working days of your request.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
